1. Ester soluble printing ink, evironment-friendly, non- toxic, no peculiar smell, no toluene 2. High solid content Characcter:

1. No benzene , no ketone  solvent ,main component is ester solvent, suitable for  enviormental demand.

2. Scraper and web point are suitable for long-term printing, the reproducibility is excellent.

3. Adding the hardener can be used for special usage,  remaining two-fluid ink may re-use.

  Diluent and Printing viscosity

1,In normal printing condition, from full edition to half color printing ,the diluent should be 

   used for medium drying  ink. If using for slow drying solvent,pls be attention for residual solvents solvent and sticky-dirty.

2,Color ink ,14-18 seconds /  ZC # 3, white ink, 13-16 seconds /  ZC # 3

Cautions:

1.This series of ink cant be blend with other series of ink.

2.This series of ink is PU glue series of ink, ester-solvent is ture solvent;  To ensure good print ability, the content of esters in the formula should not be less than 70% in the thinner.

3. Whether Ink is suitable for boiled or steamed requirements, it mainly be depend on with printing production’s color type.Please confirm before you will use.

4.”A” series of sky’s color series ink is our company’s anti-boiling and steaming series of ink, boiling and steaming funciton are according to ink, adhesive, film and laminating composition, please do the experiments and confirm the technology demand. 

5.Need to be steaming and disinfect the product, according to Nylon structure,consider compounding degree, should be added 2-5% CNINK -6900 hardener in the base color and large area ink(According to the ink total amount).Printing materials should keep on 24 hours’ dry, and laminating ,which can improve laminating intensity.

6. No matter adding in the hardener,   printing materials should be placed  24 hours, and then laminate ,it will improve laminating degree.
