Alcohol-Solvent Printing Ink,it mainly can print OPP,PE,PA raw materials.Cold laminating PU glue.

CNINK (Chinese Ink)-Alcohol Solvent Ink 

Alcohol-soluble series of ink is an alcohol-soluble polyurethane composite ink, which independent and develop  in 2007 by Dongpeng Chemical Co Ltd  And it has a low odor, enviormental , low cost than benzene and ketone ink, widely be applicable for printing materials ,can be package printing for BOPP, PET, and NY.

Character:

1. No benzene ,no ketone  solvent ,main component is alcohol, low price and enviormental. 

2..Mlti-color printing, excellent dot reproduction 

3. Scraper  suitable ,suitable for long time printing.

 Diluent and Printing viscosity:

 

1,In normal printing condition, from full edition to half color printing ,Diluent should be 

   used for medium level ink.If use for slow drying solvent,pls attention for residual solvents solvent and sticky-dirty.

2. This series of ink’s viscory, color ink and white ink should be set about 13-18 second/ZC#3.

3.Attention: Dark printing and slow machine speed should be increased the viscosity for printing

Cautions:

1.This series of ink cant be blend with other series of ink.

2,This series of ink is alcohol-soluble ink,because alcohol contain water, and easy to absorb water,if long-term of printing,,ink’s moisture will improve.It will impact ink’s printing effect.

Suggest if long-term printing or use old ink printing, should suitable for improving ester solvent’s proportion.

3,Acohol solvent is easy to absorbing heat of gasification, considate by the air’s water.Please attention, baking oven temperature should be set uo at t 50-70°C,and keep on the wind ,and easy to be dry.

4,After printing the film, before laminating, the printing film should be placed  for 8-16 hours , placed in the drying room to ensure that it is thoroughly dry.                 

5,The harder’s proportion must be enough in the polyurethane adhesive, it should be enlarge the harder’s proportion(5-20%). When it is wet weather., so that it can keep the adhesive solidify.
